Share your experiences in the Global Human Capital Trends 2016 pulse survey

For the past three years, Deloitte has researched and reported on evolving trends in business, HR, and talent. These Global Human Capital Trends Reports have included topics ranging from developing high-performing leaders and employees to fostering employee engagement and retention to the rise of the open talent economy and the forces transforming the role of HR. This year, Deloitte’s fourth annual Global Human Capital Trends pulse survey explores trends in organization design and culture; in learning, leadership, and workforce management; and within the HR function itself.

We are particularly focused on the changing role of teams in today’s highly networked organizations. Are companies scrapping rigid hierarchies in favor of more nimble team-centric organizations? Are the old, traditional models too slow in responding to business challenges, too unappealing to new generations of workers, and too cumbersome in engaging different networks to address emerging business needs? Or is there simply no better model for large global enterprises?

We need your input to explore this and other trends that are shaping the present and future of work. Please join executives around the world in participating in this research. Regardless of whether you sit in the HR organization or in another function, your input is valuable; we want your views no matter which function you are in.

The Global Human Capital Trends 2016 pulse survey should only take 15-20 minutes of your time to complete. It asks you about the relevance to your organization of 15 trends identified by our global Human Capital practice, and your preparedness to deal with these trends. Your responses will remain completely confidential and will not be directly associated with you or your company in any way.
